In our last newsletter we mentioned that independent Linda Curtis had been sued by Republican Stan Gerdes to have her name removed from the ballot in the Texas House District 17 race.
The Judge ruled immediately against Gerdes from the bench last Wednesday. Gerdes did not appeal.
Congratulations to HD17 voters. You now have a genuine horse race with three options, including Democrat Madi Eden.
