The Water Wars in counties east of Austin heat up on Monday, Nov. 8, 6 pm at the Bastrop
Convention Center. This is a specially called meeting by the Lost Pines Groundwater Conservation District. A decision about the "desired future condition," a planning tool for the aquifers, is expected.
