We have conference calls every other Sunday at 6 pm. Call us at 512-213-4511 or email us to join the next call.
Yesterday, we delivered these comments to the Texas Water Development Board at a hearing on new rules for resolution of regional water conflicts. Beware: the Governor-appointed TWDB may be under political pressure to establish rules that favor the “California plan” of mass movement of water to new developments in dry areas. Starting at about the 8-minute mark, you’ll see some moving testimony from landowners who came from NE Texas, Region D, who are fighting the Marvin Nichols Reservoir — video here. You can submit your own comments before the deadline on August 4th by 5 pm OR, you can wait to see our full comments coming to you before the Aug. 4th deadline.
Send comments here: rulescomments@twdb.texas.gov with the subject line simply as: Rules Comments.
